We have expanded our integration capabilities to include support for Microsoft Planner Premium, allowing you to sync complex project schedules and task lists directly into DataGrid. Additionally, we’ve introduced OAuth White Labeling, which provides a professional, seamless experience for your team when signing in through third-party providers. These updates ensure your digital workspace feels like a cohesive part of your company's brand while connecting to the high-level planning tools you already use.

Reports & Analytics - Improved Data Visibility for Procore Tables

Navigating your Procore data is now much easier with expanded support for unnested tables. By breaking down complex, layered data into a simpler format, we’ve removed the friction of digging through nested rows to find specific project details. This change allows you to run reports with more clarity, ensuring your team spends less time searching and more time analyzing results.

AI & Agents - Streamlined Chat and Agent Management

We refined the interface for interacting with AI Agents to ensure you only see the tools and actions relevant to your current task. By cleaning up the Model Switcher and clarifying labels, we’ve made it simpler to choose the right AI mode for your specific workflow. These UI improvements prevent accidental setting changes and ensure project managers can focus on conversations rather than technical configurations.

AI & Agents - Optimized Performance and Resource Usage

We’ve improved the efficiency of our AI engine to reduce token usage and system calls. Leaner and faster processing leads to a more responsive experience while still delivering the same high-quality insights.

Project Execution - Enhanced RFI and Media Handling

This update improves the reliability of Procore RFI updates, ensuring that changes made to Requests for Information sync smoothly and instantly between platforms. We also strengthened how the platform handles various file types and media uploads, preventing errors when you attach documents to your project records.

API & Documentation - Increased Data Capacity for Results

To better support larger projects, we have increased the default page limit for data results from 20 to 50 items. This 150% increase in visible data per page means you can view more projects or files at once without having to click through multiple screens.

Security & Performance - System Stability and Safety

We’ve completed a series of under-the-hood upgrades to strengthen our platform's security and data synchronization speed. By keeping our core systems up to date with the latest industry standards, we are ensuring your project data remains protected and that the platform stays fast and responsive, even during peak usage hours.

Billing - Dashboard Accuracy and Pricing Transparency

We updated the billing dashboard to ensure all usage—such as AI predictions and web searches—is tracked with precision. We’ve also refreshed our system to display current pricing for the latest AI models and filtered out retired "Free" plans from the interface. This ensures your billing page is clean, accurate, and reflects only the plans and rates currently available to your team.

Agents - Faster, More Accurate Data Insights

Our AI is now significantly better at understanding and organizing construction data from your CSV forms. When you ask any Agent to find information across multiple datasets, you’ll receive faster, more reliable answers. This means less time double-checking data and more time using those insights to drive your project forward.

Company Admin - Clearer Teamspace Management and Permissions

Inviting teammates is now smoother with clearer error messages that guide you if an invitation doesn't go through. For those managing Teamspaces, we’ve ensured that admins can see all shared datasets and templates they are entitled to, and the 'Create Teamspace' button now provides a helpful tooltip if you need to request higher permissions in order to use it. These changes remove the guesswork when managing your team's access.

Reports - Enhanced Date Ranges and Interactive Tooltips

The Reports tool now includes a 60-day date range option in the date picker, providing more flexibility for mid-range data analysis. We also introduced interactive tooltips for chart legends and measure hover states, along with improved date formatting to make your data easier to interpret. These updates give you a more detailed and professional view of your project trends at a glance.
