Overview
What is Oracle NetSuite: Oracle NetSuite is a cloud-based ERP system for financial management, CRM, inventory, HR, and ecommerce. Oracle acquired NetSuite in 2016. Connecting Oracle NetSuite to Datagrid gives project teams and operators a reliable path for scheduled data extraction and cross-system analysis across 10 core NetSuite data objects.

How to integrate Oracle NetSuite with Datagrid
Use this integration to import financial, customer, and operational records from NetSuite into Datagrid for analysis and cross-platform workflows. The setup follows four steps in order: connect your NetSuite account, authenticate with SuiteAnalytics Connect, configure the sync schedule, and review the import configuration.
Connect your NetSuite account
Click + Create on the top left of the Datagrid screen
Select Connect Apps
Search for the Oracle NetSuite integration from the list
Log in with your Oracle NetSuite account and grant the requested permissions
Click Next
Pick the Oracle NetSuite data objects to include in the dataset
Click Start First Import to begin syncing
Authenticate with SuiteAnalytics Connect
The integration uses NetSuite's SuiteAnalytics Connect feature for authentication. You log in with your Oracle NetSuite credentials during setup. Your NetSuite account must have SuiteAnalytics Connect enabled before connecting.
Configure the sync schedule
Go to the left side panel and click on the Oracle NetSuite dataset
Click ... on the top right of the dataset, then select Edit Pipeline
Click the Schedule button beside the Import Configuration button
Set the desired frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly
Specify the time of day for each pull
Configure downtime windows if needed
Click Update to save
Review the import configuration
The integration runs as a scheduled batch import from NetSuite into Datagrid.
Direction: One-way (NetSuite → Datagrid)
Frequency: Daily, weekly, or monthly (scheduled batch pulls)
Supported objects: Customers, Sales Orders, Invoices, Items, Vendors, Purchase Orders, Accounts, Transactions, Employees, Subsidiaries
Real-time sync: Not available for this integration
Additional endpoints: Contact support@datagrid.ai to request objects not currently listed
A typical configuration might include Accounts, Transactions, and Subsidiaries on a daily schedule for consolidated reporting, or Customers and Sales Orders on a weekly schedule for revenue and pipeline analysis.

Why use Oracle NetSuite with Datagrid
The Oracle NetSuite with Datagrid integration fits operators running finance and operations workflows who need NetSuite data inside broader reporting and execution workflows without manual exports.
Cross-platform financial analysis: Datagrid's AI agents combine NetSuite transaction data with records from CRM systems, payment systems, or data warehouses to produce insights across systems.
Automated reporting pipelines: Datagrid's AI agents pull NetSuite financial data on schedule, run analysis, and deliver reports directly to team communication tools.
Agentic data transformation: Datagrid's AI agents interpret, standardize, and restructure raw NetSuite records into consistent formats for downstream consumption.
100+ platform integrations in one layer: NetSuite data joins a unified data layer alongside business systems across multiple categories, all accessible to the same AI agents.
Scheduled sync through the UI: Configure daily, weekly, or monthly data pulls through Datagrid's UI. No SuiteScript, RESTlets, or custom API code needed.

Frequently asked questions
What data can I import from Oracle NetSuite into Datagrid?
See the Supported objects list under "Review the import configuration" above. If you need additional objects not currently listed, Datagrid accepts endpoint requests at support@datagrid.ai.
What permissions does my NetSuite account need?
You need an active Oracle NetSuite account with permissions to access the data you want to import. Your account must also have the SuiteAnalytics Connect feature enabled. Check with your NetSuite administrator for activation steps.
Can Datagrid write data back to NetSuite?
The current integration is read-only. Data flows from NetSuite into Datagrid, not the other direction. NetSuite's REST API does support full CRUD operations for teams building custom write-back workflows.
