Designed to reduce manual outreach and quickly get subcontractors into a payable state, this feature allows users to trigger notifications directly from the Pay Dashboard or within individual invoices to clearly communicate what is needed for an invoice to be paid. By providing real-time visibility into missing requirements, this feature helps you assist subcontractors in meeting specific compliance and billing standards, aimed at reducing manual delays and supporting a more efficient invoicing cycle. This feature can be enabled by Company Admins via Procore Explore in the Procore Pay Beta.
