With a Digital Coworker or Datagrid Enterprise package, you can now automate your agents, so work moves forward without someone manually initiating the agent. From an agent's configuration panel, open Automations to set up when and how that agent runs. Choose between two types:
Scheduled – Run an agent on a set frequency, such as every day or monthly. Best for recurring work, like routine project summaries or standing reviews.
App event – Run an agent when something happens in Procore, such as an RFI creation or submittal update. The agent can run actions like analysis or draft generation to help you react to project activity as it occurs.
Users can test the automation before activating it and choose where its output is delivered. Digital Coworker Pro customers can use automations through two agents built for common event-driven workflows: the RFI Triggered Agent and the Submittal Triggered Agent, which can be set to run automatically when those events occur in Procore.
