Procore introduced two new advanced workflow actions, "Send Webhook" and "Sync External Data," to automate communication between Procore and external business systems. ‘Send Webhook' lets administrators push a real-time notification with workflow details to any external system when a step is reached. 'Sync External Data’ flags a financial record (such as an invoice, change order, or contract) as ready, so a connected ERP can pull the latest version through Procore's ERP API.
