RFI Checker Agent
The RFI Checker Agent reviews new RFIs to determine whether they can be answered using existing project documentation.
It searches contracts, change orders, drawings, specifications, and approved submittals to identify duplicate RFIs, already-answered questions, or conflicts within the documents. The goal is to resolve RFIs internally whenever possible and only escalate to the design team when clarification is truly required.
